Galloway group will provide opportunities and resources for area businesses
Galloway Township, NJ - On Friday, September 18, the founding members of the Galloway Township Business Association (GTBA) will officially announce the formation of the organization. The non-profit corporation, open to any business or professional regardless of their business’ location, will promote the collective interests of the Galloway Township business community, provide a portal to resources and information, organize business-to-business networking events, facilitate special members only programs and presentations and act as the advocacy arm for its membership.
The official announcement to working media will immediately follow a regularly scheduled organization meeting where by-laws are to be adopted, officers and directors elected and committee appointments made.
“Our founders’ objective in creating the GTBA is to offer businesses enrichment programs, a one-stop online location for resources and business advocacy services, all enhanced through an organization that represents their common interests,” Steve Moliver, Acting President of the GTBA, said. “As an association, we can provide valuable opportunities and useful tools to help a business stay competitive in these very challenging times while giving back to the Galloway community through charity and youth scholarship programs.”
“It’s about the relationships,” says Julianne Dods, Acting Vice President. “We are looking forward to working together with other businesses in the Galloway area to foster continued growth and development among our members, share innovative ideas and best practices, and ultimately build solid working relationships.”
The association’s founders will host their inaugural fall kick-off cocktail reception and will make a special presentation to introduce prospective new members to the organization. MEDIA INFORMATION: The press event on Friday, September 18 will take place at 10:00AM in part of the unoccupied medical office space at Tilton Fitness located at 323 South Pitney Road, Galloway, NJ.
